The house was fantastico. view of Lake Como. it was clean, well equipped and convenient. our family enjoyed our stay, too short. Unfortunately, it was a very crowded weekend.
Had a problem but best news, we called, reported it and it was fixed immediately. Great service.

The location was amazing. The view from the terrace, overlooking the lake, was stunning and the house generally was really nice.
The biggest issue was that we booked for 8 adults, with the description being 2x double beds (4 people), a room with 3x single beds and then a sofa bed. However, the room with 3x single beds was 1 actual bed and then 2 mattresses on the floor which was very misleading. It would be great if you were looking for 5 people and under, but I think it's fairly misleading to say you can house 8 when it means people are on the floor. There also weren't enough sheets/duvet covers/pillowcases.
There are also no blinds in the two top-floor bedrooms, so take an eyemask.

It was a decent sized property which was good enough for the 4 of us. I’m not sure how 8 people would fit as we’d be all over each other. Good location and lovely views of the lake which we enjoyed every day.
It wasn’t clean at all. Dust and webs everywhere. We were informed the cleaners had been the morning we’d arrived; however there were crumbs on the floor in the dining room and saw many black ants there too.

The views were fantastic.
We could not get the wifi code from mgmt. Tv did not work. Access to toilets were via steep staircase. No instructions on how to handle checkout, trash, etc. This is not a place for elderly. No mention of steep staircase to bedrooms and all toilets.
