Das Appartement ist in einem Gebäude direkt am See mit Garten. Ruhige Lage. Nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss von Menaggio entfernt in Nobiallo.

Detailed instructions were sent well in advance and it was easy to collect the keys to the property.
The property did nit give us good information on how to get to the place.
We had hired a car and GPS took us to a port but we didn't realise that we needed to take a ferry across to our place@Mennagio.
It would have helped if the property had sent us the various options of reaching the place - we later discovered that we could have driven all the way too, which would have been a lot easier.

Frühstück in der FW selbst zubereitet. Frühstücken konnten wir im Garten direkt vor der FW mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Hatten fest zugewiesenen Parkplatz. Menaggio ist ideal, um mit Personen- oder Autofähren die interessanten Orte wie z.B. Bellagio oder Varenna zu erreichen. Eine Autofahrt entlang der Ostseite des Comer Sees unter Benutzung der Fähre Menaggio - Varenna bietet sich an. Nicht versäumen darf man einen Besuch der Villa del Balbianello (On-line-Ticket unbedingt empfohlen, sonst sehr lange Wartezeiten!!), Villa Carlotta und evtl. Como.
Die Ferienwohnung im Ortsteil Nobiallo liegt etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptort Menaggio entfernt. Meistens führt der Gehweg entlang der relativ stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Vor dem Tunnel beginnt ein sehr schöner Geh- und Radweg mit schöner Sicht auf den See. Meistens gingen wir zu Fuß in die Stadt, weil die Parksituation in der Hauptreisezeit in Menaggio und auch entlang des Sees in anderen Ortschaften sehr problematisch war.

Uprofesjonell oppførsel av eier. Uhøflig, lite vennlig og fiendtlig innstilt. Parasoller, markiser, solseng og sykler var i ustand.
