About this house rental
The holiday home Harmony is light and bright, furnished in Italian style with a mix of Lombard wood and simple, modern furniture.
On the ground floor is the garage and laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron as well as shower and WC.
An interior staircase leads you to the upper living area with balcony on the lake side with lake and mountain views:
o well-equipped kitchen with dining table with balcony access.
o Italian style living room with comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a TV to relax with balcony access
o triple bedroom with double bed and single bed
o twin bedroom with two single beds
o Single room.
The bathroom is brightly tiled with washbasin, shower with seating, WC and bidet.
A large gate leads you into the paved courtyard with dining table group and deck chairs.
Recommended all year round due to the stunning location and proximity to Lugano, Menaggio, Varenna and Bellagio.
The location is ideal for leaving the car behind: Walkers can reach the piazza of Menaggio and beaches within 15-20 minutes.
The garage offers enough space to store bicycles and sports equipment.
There are several shallow pebble beaches in Menaggio:
- Lido di Menaggio:public beach with a pebble beach with sun loungers and umbrellas for hire, as well as changing rooms and toilets. There is also a restaurant on the beach where you can enjoy a meal or a snack.
- Spiaggia Lerai: just outside the town centre and is less crowded. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the lake.
- La Punta: small beach near the Menaggio ferry terminal. The beach consists of gravel and rocks, but offers a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
In Menaggio you will also find SPA and wellness offers at the "Erre SPA" of the Grand Hotel Victoria and massage offers at the "Beautyn Menaggio".
Due to the proximity of the golf course "Menaggio Cadenabbia", ideal for golfers (beginners as well as advanced).
Please pay the following costs on site:
- Tourist tax 3 € per person/day from 8 years
- Heating according to consumption and only if used per day 15/EUR

- Max. 2 pets up to 50cm height 6,00 €/day/pet
