About this cottage rental
Set within easy walking distance The Beach House is a short walk to East Wittering Sea front and East Wittering town brimming with local shops, café's, takeaways, and restaurants. Wittering's coastline boasts an award-winning green flag beach with sandy dunes and on-site café. Water sports are available on the main beach also. If you prefer a quieter stretch of coastline stick to the East side of the sea front where it's a mixture of pebbles and sand and you will find a peaceful spot even in the height of summer. Note these areas do not have a lifeguard.
The Beach House comfortably sleeps 6 people across three bedrooms. Here you have one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bunk bedroom. Beautifully decorated The Beach House gives a feeling of calm and serenity. The ideal resting spot after a busy day of beach activities or exploration of the local area.
With open plan living and dining The Beach House is the perfect place to entertain and be with all your friends and family. There is comfortable seating for all as well as a full-size dining table and breakfast bar. The patio doors open to well-kept garden. When the sunshine's out the garden in and enjoy a glass of bubbly on the terrace. Table and chairs are providing for garden dining also.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to effectively self-cater during your stay. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The Beach House has one family bathroom with shower cubicle and bathtub. There is a separate WC also just a little further along the hall.
A children's high chair will be provided and a cot with mattress can also be included upon request. Please bring your own linen for your little one though.
The Beach House has off road parking and extra cars will also be able to park on the roadside.

Everyone has their own view on what makes a holiday, for me and my family it was this property. A beautifully decorated and appointed 3-bedroom bungalow in a cul-de-sac location, 10 minute walk to the shops and takeaways, 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the most amazing pubs and restaurants. But sitting in the back garden on the huge outdoor furniture or double egg-chair, or just inside the living area with the "glass wall" open you are totally secluded and in a sunny world of your own. Its easy to say we will be back, but we will.

We had a lovely break at the Beach House. Flat walking to beach and other walks along coastal path. Shops also within very short walk so handy to get basics etc also plenty places to eat out within walking distance.Easy parking on drive and brilliant secure garden for our dog.House located in a very quiet area and wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again.

We have just enjoyed a week at The Beach House, East Wittering, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a lovely relaxing holiday, the location is great with the beach and village just a short walk away. The owner was friendly and very helpful with any information we needed, we would love to stay there again in the future.
