Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento in occasione di un evento al Pala Verdi, che dista pochi minuti. Eravamo in 4 e siamo stati comodi nelle 3 camere matrimoniali. Bagno e doccia di buone dimensioni. La zona pranzo non è molto ampia, ma sufficiente in 4 persone, probabilmente in 6 sarebbe più scomoda. Cucina piccola, ma ben fornita. Zona poco trafficata, perlomeno nel weekend in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Pur non essendoci il parcheggio privato, è relativamente semplice trovare un posto per parcheggiare lungo la via (a pagamento durante il giorno). Nel complesso un'ottima soluzione e sarà un nostro riferimento per futuri soggiorni a Parma.
