Vetustà generale della casa, odore dei mobili vecchi in una delle stanze. Rumore dello scarico del bagno dei piani superiori che sembrava una pioggia fuori. Wi-Fi lentissimo. Parcheggio solo a pagamento nei paraggi.

Quiet neighborhood. A small grocery store was just on the parallel street. The next shopping mall with the supermarket U2 and restaurants was 7 min on foot. The apartment was well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay there. Just when you are checking out and leaving with your car, you need the key for the gate to get the car out first! There were lots of mosquitoes in Parma in Summer, also during the day. An anti-mosquito spray will be useful during that time of the year.

La biancheria era pulita, le stanze accoglienti e spaziose,nel complesso è una sistemazione.

Non c'era l' acqua calda e l' host è stato sgarbato alla richiesta di provvedere. Alla fine abbiamo scoperto che la caldaia era solo spenta e abbiamo risolto. Lo scarico del wc è rumoroso,le porte non chiudono bene,sono vecchie.
