About this apartment rental
Enjoy a beautiful and comfortable stay in a modern pleasant space in a really quiet neighborhood offering an escape from the busy tourist destinations.
Our apartment is on the first floor with a private entrance.
It is fully equipped with all the electrical appliances and all the household items you will need to meet all the needs of your stay, ideal for a family or a group of 6 people plus one, in all areas there is very fast free WiFi Internet.
Our apartment is located in a central point just 1.2 km from the city centre and is almost equidistant from all the famous beaches and attractions of south Heraklion.
In the neighborhood at 200m away you will find a large supermarket, traditional bakery, butcher, and cafeteria.
The apartment consists of:
1) An open plan reception area with a dining room,
2) Fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishwasher, water boiler, coffee maker, toaster, toaster, toaster, porcelain dishes and all other kitchen utensils.
3) Two spacious bathrooms with towels, shampoo, hair dryer, and body care products
4) Two large bedrooms with two double beds
5) One large bedroom with two single beds.
6) A comfortable living room with a large sofa that doubles as a bed, smart TV with very fast Internet, and Netflix
7) Computer desk so you can work from there if you wish.
8) There are air conditioners in all bedrooms and the open plan area.
9) On our four balconies you will enjoy your morning coffee and tea with a view of the plain of Messara, Psiloritis and the mountains of Asterousia, as well as the wonderful sunset.
10) Shared courtyard with garden featuring a barbecue and wood-fired oven
