Un singur mic minus: materialele din care patul era facut il faceau sa fie foarte galagios si la cea mai mica miscare, ne trezeam din somn. Nu m-am putut odihni foarte bine.

Excellent stay, clean apartment, got everything you need, host was so thoughtful for providing shampoo, water, coffee capsule etc. All you need as a solo or as a couple. Can't recommend it enough. Location is also just 10 minutes walking distance to the main square.

A perfect stay! First of all, communication with the owner, Ms Despina who is very friendly and polite, was swift and straightforward, with clear instructions from her side. Excellent value for money (one cannot find a modern, renovated, comfy studio in the centre of Thessaloniki in spring 2025 at a cost of 40-50 Euros per night for 2 people with all these amenities, including public charges such as environmental tax, VAT, commission paid to website etc). The apartment was spotless, extremely clean. There were suggestions for places to eat and other useful info on the bedside table. Attention to detail and going "this little extra step" (=Dolce Gusto machine with coffee and tea) were greatly appreciated. Recently refurbished studio, nice decor, v. good wifi, immediate hot water for taking a shower (it sounds obvious, but it's not always the case in Greece, since some flats have electric boilers that need preheating), comfy double bed. We didn't use the TV. Since we were running the Thessaloniki marathon on our last day and could not return to the flat before check-out, we informed Ms Despina that we would check-out at 5:15 am and she responded that, as there was no check-in the same day and there wouldn't be one since this apartment has a 2 night minimum stay policy, we could check-out later, take a shower etc. This was very welcome. When we rate a flat, we consider friendliness-responsiveness-kindness of owner, check-in procedure, amenities, equipment, cleanliness, wifi, general condition/state of the flat...and relate this to the price we paid. Yes, there were a few minor things, e.g. we would have wished a microwave oven and being able to switch off the main light from somewhere v. near the bed, but taking all of this into account for the price we paid, we give it top marks!

Très belle décoration, arrivée simplifiée grâce à des instructions claires et précises et bien placé, à dix minutes à pieds du centre ville.
L'appartement donne directement sur la rue bruyante. Pas de plaques de cuisson contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur l'annonce.
