Las camas muy cómodas, con unas almohadas a mi gusto y el colchón muy bien también. La presión y temperatura del agua excelente, te podías dar una ducha reparadora. La climatización excelente, la temperatura ambiente justa, ideal. La ubicación también, muy buena y el barrio muy bonito. La limpieza de toallas, las sábanas muy bien también. El piso está muy chulo
La limpieza en general del apartamento es 6 puntos, es mejorable. No hay sartenes ni utensilios más allá de cubiertos y platos. La habitación es muy básica, no tiene lámparas en la mesilla de luz por si el huésped quiere leer. En el baño no hay mínimamente jabón, champú (se nota que es de los huéspedes que han pasado por ahí anteriormente, todos culitos sobrantes en muchos envases de diferentes marcas) y nos faltó papel higiénico para toda la estadía. Solicitamos jabón para la ropa y si llego, pero el papel que fue pedido una hora después no llegó. Nos dijo que como había salido ya, no nos lo podía traer luego de pedir explicaciones. Cabe destacar que se hizo un uso racional del mismo. El sofá cama que hay, está roto y si son cuatro personas adultas que quieren ver la televisión, no entran en el mismo, uno se tiene que sentar en una silla, que hay cuatro. Es una pena pero da sensación de dejadez

Location, perfect for visiting London. Hampstead is a beautiful area. Plenty of cafes / restaurants & trains links.
Property was nice, it was pleasant. Could do with an upgrade on a few of the facilities. Heating control, tea & coffee facilities. Bathroom / Shower could do with an upgrade. But, overall clean & very good value for money.

The property was pretty spacious, there was six of us and we felt comfortable hanging out in the living room. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and the TV had all sorts of stuff like Netflix etc.
It was a bit unclean, you could see it specifically on the chairs. The toaster was in a bad state too.

Communication with the host was very good. We also had to change the date last minute due to Coldplay changing the date of their show. The host was very accommodating.
Parking at the property was very easy.
Beds were comfortable and bedding clean.
Good location for visiting London/wembley/Camden etc.
The property is extremely tired. The bathroom handle fell off, blinds didn't work etc. No lamps or soft lighting.
I definitely wouldn't have wanted to use the shower or bath. Kitchen and bathroom units blown.
The apartment did the job for us for a one night stay, with two bedrooms. However I would not have wanted to stay for any longer. I think with some TLC and refurb this apartment could be brilliant.
