Great for students

All in all it was very good , facilities, service , modern building , nice view to the canal 😍, very clean and warm in the time I stayed in which was mid of Dec.
Location of the property was a little complicated to get to central London “I mean for person with special conditions requirements” who needs direct connection with less transfer, that is the only point I can say it wasn’t suitable for me.

Communal line area looked nice, although I didn’t use it. Well equipped gym.
Room was tired, cracks in walls, bathroom was mostly can but some hairs etc.

The location was pretty good and walkable to the train station, the facilities downstairs I.e. the pool table, lounge area to read a book or play cards, and easily accessible.
The beds weren’t great and the one pillow each were very flat, the cold water in the shower barely worked, and the rooms are tiny. Thankfully mid-August it wasn’t too hot so we didn’t need aircon, but peak summer would be uncomfortable in those rooms.
