As a Hong Konger, staying in this authentic old British terraced house felt really special!
Even though it's an old building, the room is spacious, modern, and stylish.
All facilities in the room worked perfectly.

We stayed in the ground floor flat with garden, very cosy and a lovely area. It was tastefully decorated with good quality furniture, soft furnishings and utensils and it was very clean.
Plenty of towels and basic items in the kitchen cupboard, also including a hotel variety in the hospitality tray, the hair/shower gel in bathroom was very very nice! The sofa bed was great quality and very comfortable.
Excellent communication with host and the cleaner was lovely.
Close to Little Venice which is a lovely walk along the canal down to Paddington Basin and admired the envious properties walking up to the Maida vale tube. Also all the usual convenient stores for supplies in the main street ie Iceland, Sainsburys etc.
We loved the little yard, with the olive trees with the resident squirrel and the two cats next door who slept in the milk crate, bless.
Only slight issue was the family/guests upstairs, you could hear footsteps in the bedroom from early in the morning but to be expected with a young child, didn't bother mother sleeping in the sitting room as she's hard of hearing!
No drainer next to kitchen sink so when washing dishes water went all over benches.
Had an issue with both TVs a bit hitty missy with connections, not that we watched it much, however in hindsight we should have checked the wall connections I'm sure this would have corrected this.
The bed was comfortable but dipped down all along one side.
However when I had read previous reviews the host clearly had addressed any issues, unlike most who wouldn't do anything about them!
