I have stayed there on lots of occasions and it has been fantastic.
On the last two occasions, last week, in two separate rooms, the room was infested by ants.

Good location, decent size, comfy bed, ok equipped kitchenette, good water pressure in the shower
Kitchenette: no dish towel. Bed: comfy but linens were ripped (sometimes sewed over, sometimes not). White cutains that prevent oeeking in but not darken anything (so chances are sun's up, you're up :)). Bath: a sink so tiny it's rather unusable. The heater was boiling and there was no way to turn it down manually (at least i didn't find a way). And there was water coming in from the outside (got pressed in from behind the tiles/seams), and it wasn't even raining very hard

Complete apartment with kitchen, cooker, fridge etc. Very clean and well tended.
Quite a distance from the tube- about 20 minutes walk. The cafes are all halal and don't serve bacon for breakfast.

Great location with easy access to the trains to get around. There was enough space for our things and the washer/dryer was appreciated. The apartment was clean.
We didn’t have mugs for tea/coffee, no tea towels and the toilet seat was not connected properly. The person we communicated with was lovely but as we were only staying 2 nights, none of these things were rectified but we were assured they would be, ready for the next people.
