Perfekte Lage, sehr ruhig gelegen und doch in Gehweite zu Altstadt, Ubahn, Restaurants.
Die Schiebetüre auf die wunderbare Dachterrasse (mit Sonnenschutz) klemmt leider und lässt sich nur schwer und nur sehr schmal öffnen. Kleine Anregung - in der Dusche wäre eine kleine Ablagefläche super und Hacken für Handtücher. Aber ansonsten ist die Wohnung top!

Heerlijk dakterras, perfect locatie en goed contact met verhuurder. Gezellig ingericht en goed uitgeruste keuken. Wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Ook top was dat er per slaapkamer een eigen douche en wc was.
Het was gewoon super.Ik miste alleen wat douche gel en bijv 1 wasmiddel tab zou het nog perfecter hebben gemaakt

Appartement très spacieux, idéal pour 3 ou 4 personnes. La terrasse est très agréable, avec une jolie vue sur les toits et une église. Les lits sont confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée avec un grand frigo, four, micro-ondes ondes, machine espresso, presse-orange…L’agence est réactive en cas de besoin.
Assez peu d’espace de rangements dans la cuisine, une lave vaisselle serait un plus (au lieu de 2 lave-linge).

Skvělé umístění v klidné části centra města nedaleko od Merkat Central. Největší výhodou bytu je nepochybně velká a dobře vybavená terasa.
Koupelna a ložnice je jedna místnost, což nemusí vyhovovat každému (druhá koupelna ale stojí samostatně).
