Gorgeous house, love the decor it was perfect for my sister's hen do. Comfortable beds and great location
The guesty app is a bit of a nuisance, would be easier to just book through booking.com. it wasn't a huge deal but i couldn't view the check out instructions but hoping it was all ok!

A group of 11 of us stayed for the weekend and Mermaid Townhouse was Perfect! The location is brilliant, only 10 mins walk to Brighton Pier, the property was immaculate and spotlessly clean, and we loved the Mermaid theme, each room was beautifully decorated, with quirky little touches through the house! The bathrooms were huge and the living space was very comfortable for all of us, there was even a little outside patio at the back. Finally, having a keypad with a code meant that check in was seamless, and super easy for such a large group of us to come and go all weekend - couldn't fault it!

The town house was lovely, it had everything we needed and was decorated beautifully. The location is a stones throw from the beach. The management team have been fantastic with replying and answering queries. 10/10 customer service.
