We loved the open space downstairs, great for hosting a big group get together, we had a fantastic time! The rooms are well organised and spacious, plenty of loo's and shower facilities.
The beds were comfortable and it was a very spacious property!
We had everything we needed for a self catering luke kettle toaster etc,
Keyless entry was great and created a smooth arrival and departure and made us feel safe and allowed the group to separate comfortably without being concerned about who has the key etc.
The people who we rented off were very accommodating with a slightly earlier check in and checkout.
I have put some points below on things that could be better in our experience however I must say these did not ruin our stay in the slightest, I'm glad we stayed at Little Paris and if I had to choose accommodation again I would choose this place again, it served its purpose and was a pleasant stay.
It needs a little TLC, the kitchen cupboards and dishwasher are wonky and look tired. The front of the house and little outdoor area via the lounge isn't well cared for, looks a bit dirty and again tired. A little seating area outside would have been fab!
The water pressure from the showers is so poor, one of the guests paid to get her hair washed at the hairdressers as she wouldn't have been able to wash her hair properly. It was ok for a couple of days and the water was hot, just not a lot of pressure.
Wasn't aware the walk to and from the city centre was a very steep hill, not something you can change obviously but probably should mention this in the description. Helpful when planning your activities during your stay as it is quite a significant hill. We had some older guests with us and someone who had recently had surgery so had to get taxis for these people for a 10-15 min walk which was fine but the heads up would have been good.
Some more clothes storage options would have been helpful. We all lived out of our suitcases the entire stay which took up a lot of floor space as there were only really some clothes hangers on a wall, maybe needs rethinking.
We attempted to do recycling using some bags for life we had but when it came to emptying them outside the recycling bins were locked. If you want guests to recycle maybe a seperate bin for this would be good and explain the bin situation outside if theres a reason the recycling bins were locked?!
Could have done with some more loo roll, someone had to go out and buy some as for 18 guests there wasn't enough.

We had a great stay at the property for a hen party of 13 people. We loved the open plan area which allowed us to all be together. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Good location, close to bars and seafront.
There wasn’t anything we disliked.
