La disponibilité du propriétaire est précieuse, il est extrêmement réactif lorsqu’on le sollicite. Cet appartement, adorable est parfaitement bien situé en plein centre d’Amboise à trois minutes à pied de la maison, Bigot (1913) qui est un endroit rêvé pour prendre des brunchs ou des goûters.

Tres bien situé dans le quartier historique d’Amboise, l’appartement est tres fonctionnel et lumineux. Un escalier un peu raide pour atteindre la pièce à vivre. Ne conviendrait probablement pas à de jeunes enfants ou des personnes âgées
Cuisine spacieuse et très bien équipée (lave vaisselle !!)
Malgré sa localisation en plein centre-ville, l’appartement reste insonorisé.

The DaVinci Studio was a lovely respite from the crowds of Loire Valley visitation. It was clean, very comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The kitchen and bedroom are in the top floor of the building with the bathroom being one flight down from there. Natural light is provided by skylights. The host was very helpful and responsive through Whatsapp. Parking was available in one of the free lots every time we returned with the car. The lots are not a far walk from the apartment. Many restaurants are also available in the walking area.
The only possible negative point is the need to climb three flights of European stairs to reach the studio, but this was only a small inconvenience for us.
