We stayed at the apartment facing the parking for the first 4 days, it was a very pleasant cosy clean apartment. Felt completely like home with a living area and bedroom and a well equipped kitchen. Very tastefully done, conveniently located and thankfully located on the first floor since we had a lot of heavy luggage.
The last night we stayed at the river facing apartment, (we are extremely grateful to the owner to accommodate our last minute request for stay of another night). The balcony and the river view was amazing, however the bed setting was a little inconvenient to get in and get out of. The bathroom lacked any mirrors, the flush made a noise and the shower was all over the place.

Very nice apartment. Very tidy and well equipped. Perfect location next to the river and city. Everything is located a very short walk away. Bars. Food. Cathedral. Castle. Very well situated.

Clean, nice part of the city and convenient
Small bedroom, very noisy metal frame bed and poor quality mattress = poor nights sleep.
Unfortunately our neighbours for the night were also very noisy - screaming down the corridor through the night and shouting out to there friends in the sleep which is not the owners fault at all but it did make our stay and sleep in enjoyable.
