The property is on a quiet & peaceful neighbourhood, yet within very easy walking distance of Norwich city centre. It is easy to find & to access. The entire place is clean, tidy, well organised & free of clutter. … Books are not clutter.

Ultra clean. Very friendly and welcoming host. Very comfortable bed. Great coffee in the room. Great location
Being in someone’s home, was not personally for me, despite the warm welcome. The separate bathroom also did not personally work for me. The tv did struggle to pick up lots of channels.
Taking shoes off at the front door, also reinforced it is Anne’s home and not just a business opportunity.
Recognise the host, Anne, did her best to facilitate my stay, but overall a bit more limited compared to other places I’ve stayed in Norwich in the same price bracket. And as I’ve said it really felt like a bedroom in someone’s home, which it is.
