The location was perfect - very central for town. Had everything we needed and the ability to book a parking space in a secure location was a huge bonus
There was quite a lot of noise from neighbouring apartments in terms of being able to hear water running and conversations but this was only an issue for a very short time just before bed. The bedroom was such that the only way to get out of the bed from the wall side was to climb over my partner. We knew this was the case when we booked and the location more than made up for it but if this would present an issue for you it might be worth looking at one of the other options in this building.

Comfy sofa, with plenty of room to relax.
Good cooking and eating facilities.
Nice warm bedroom.
It was short by 1 x AAA battery, so that I had to swap from the bedroom remote to the lounge remote [and back] to watch tv in both places.

Everything was good.
One small gap was that there was no sponge to clean the dishes with, or I couldn't find it.
There were issues with the TV, but I was informed beforehand, and was able to adjust.

Location
Double bed was in the corner against a wall so one person had to climb over to get into and out of bed. Not nice in the middle of the night. No bed side lamp either so this had to be done in the dark! No heating instructions, only one radiator came on. It was not that cold luckily when we stayed but it would have been nice to have the heated towel rail on in the bathroom. Door code in manual is not the door code given so manual not up to date. Often car park gates were left open, so not fully secure.
