First and foremost this house is GORGEOUS! It’s secluded and so peaceful, I would 100% recommend this place. It’s perfect because we were in the middle of a lot of places (placerville, Lake Tahoe, etc). One thing I will say that it wasn’t as clean as we thought it would be but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t just fix. Another downfall was we were at peak fire season so we couldn’t go downstairs and make some smores 😭. Regardless the place was amazing, so amazing I’m looking into real estate now 😂

Our second time staying at this Pioneer home. Thoroughly enjoyed both times. Very relaxing. This time we spent daytime hours on the back deck watching the birds in the trees behind the house and nighttime hours stargazing. The house is wonderful and we will return again in the future.

Everything was excellent about our stay, except the power went out for about 4 hours due to the power company. The house and grounds are beautiful and clean. There is a fun swing for the kids outside. Inside, the kitchen is large and there is a wonderful view of the trees. It’s a beautiful place.
