About this house rental
Large open plan house in the heart of Amador County. A perfect home base for exploring our beautiful wine region. Located in downtown Plymouth, you are only a five minute drive to 45 wineries and tasting rooms in the Shenandoah Valley and only 15 minutes from Fairplay. The house is also only an hour s drive to Kirkwood ski resort, so you can ski or snowboard in between days of wine tasting! The house is walking distance to the Amador County Fairgrounds, the Amador Brewery, and Taste Restaurant.
A home away from home! Large comfortable living room and chefs kitchen make it easy to have a night in and relax, while the proximity to town urges you to go out and explore. BBQ area and fire pit provide a lovely outdoor atmosphere during the beautiful Amador County nights!
When Wayne and I aren't traveling, we occasionally stay in a small studio we have fixed up in the garage. However, it has a separate entrance and yard, so you won't even know we're here!

We found the house to be very comfortable and it felt like home. There was plenty of room for two couples and one dog. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed walking in the area. We appreciated the bottle of local wine left for us by the hosts! We would stay again.

So close to the wineries in Amador County. House was perfectly set up. The master shower was awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and a grill was also available for us to us. I would stay again.
