This home is on Springhouse Ct, right on the 5th fairway. Gorgeous views from the two level decks: two Fairways, the pond and the mountains in the distance. This home has 2 king beds, a queen and two twins. Three full bathrooms to choose from as well as a half bath. There is a lovely kitchen with a HUGE Great Room with dining. Just imagine BBQ'ing out on the deck watching the Greenhorn Creek golfers play through. Five minute walk to Camps Restaurant/Golf Club.

The property is exceptional and kept in perfect use condition. Extra gas cylinders for the clean Weber grill! Next visit, I will plan to grill on the deck! What a view! This is a residential community where everyone keeps their homes neat as a pin. The neighbors are super friendly and make you feel welcomed to this little slice of paradise. Make sure to dine at Camps restaurant, an easy 5 minute walk from the house. If you’re looking to experience a peaceful getaway in a beautiful surrounding, this is it.

Great spot right on the golf course. Amazing mornings sipping coffee on the back porch helping golfers locate their golf balls! Great neighborhood!
