Very well appointed and perfect for exploring Lincoln. Really comfy beds and large bedrooms, nice kitchen and cooking area and comfy lounge. Loved the little garden which was a sun trap. It was in a great area with walking distance to the cathedral and castle, with Bailgate, just around the corner. Great coffee shop nearby, too.

We had a fantastic stay at Rasen Cottage over Christmas. The cottage is clean and well equipped - the kitchen contained everything we needed to cook a full christmas dinner. There were plenty of little touches to make our stay more enjoyable- it was even decorated with a christmas tree. The location was quiet but in very easy reach of all the facilities at the top of the hill in Lincoln. There was plenty of free on street parking and communication with the hosts was very good - i would certainly stay again .
