The only complaint was that the agent sent us the wrong postcode so we were frustrated and tired when we arrived. Apart from this it was great.

Very close to Alton towers, was clean and had a local shop, pub and take away

Floor boards creek badly upstairs but didn’t take away from the experience.

Very clean and modern and the fact they went the extra mile by having little things already there like salt tea bags coffee toilet roll etc
Got given wrong code for key box to get in and then when we left couldn’t get the key box to open again
