Location, close to destination and bus stop. Comfortable bed.
Given wrong keybox code for front and room doors. Handle of room door snapped off. Was allocated a different room. Lack of spoons in cutlery drawer ie one teaspoon was all I could find. No TV in Lounge. Inaccurate descriptions ie "Each room includes a bath, shower, refrigerator, and wardrobe". No. Bathroom is a shared, refrigerator is in the shared kitchen. For 'garden' read yard. Radiator in room full on, had to open window

The guy running the guest house was really nice and helpful. There was a car park nearby.
Shared bathroom and toilet. I didn't know how to get in. When I got back late in the evening I think someone had double locked the door and I couldn't get in - I had to bang very loudly on the door. Room was a bit cold and I left at four in the morning.
