Ideal Rooms #2

The location of this apartment is absolutely its biggest strength. It is right in the heart of the Old Town, with everything just outside the door. Restaurants, bars, attractions, and even a SPAR supermarket are only a minute away, which made exploring Split incredibly easy and convenient. We also appreciated being able to check in early, and the self check in process was very simple. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We received a lovely welcome box with slippers and toiletries, which was a thoughtful touch and made us feel very welcome.

The room itself was fine, but we did experience some issues with the air quality. The room often felt stuffy, and although the host helped us with the air conditioning immediately when we contacted them, we still found it a little difficult to control and adjust the temperature properly during our stay.

Everything was great! The welcome kit with shampoo and shower gel was a very nice touch. The room and bathroom were beautiful and clean, and the location was amazing.

The pillows were too soft - not very supportive.

I am so sad we only booked Split for 1 night and we can’t wait to come back and stay at this accommodation. Early check in availability - tick Amenities - tick (yes there was shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and iron) Everything thought of - tick Communication with the host - tick The stairs are steep but manageable.

My only two suggestions.. The bed side lights need to be higher (I laughed at a previous review and then karma got me and I hit my head twice) A slightly heavier or additional blanket in the cooler months would be nice as the room stays cool so it got a bit chilly.

The room was clean and tidy. Good location.

The entrance is not good. No space. The staircase is very tight. Very expensive for what it is in my opinion.
