The apartment is well thought out and organised, clean and tidy and has everything you need to visit Split. Parking was free. About 15 minute walk down hill to the old town.
Very limited view from the balcony, but useful for drying washing. Not the prettiest area. But feels safe and convenient.

Totul la superlativ: curatenie, confort, liniste. Apartamentul este foarte cochet, modern, aranjat cu multa atentie la detaliu, dotat cu absolut orice ati avea nevoie. Locul de parcare a fost un alt avantaj pentru noi. Daria, proprietara, a facut efortul de a ne intampina personal, motiv pentru care ii multumim din suflet pentru tot. Recomandam din toata inima si ne dorim sa revenim pentru o perioada mai lunga.

The bed and pillows were really comfortable! Parking was free (there are no assigned spaces but there was a free spot when we arrived). Daria, the host, was very friendly and helpful. There were some basics for cooking (oil, salt, pepper, etc.).
As with most residential buildings, you can hear the neighbours a bit (although they were quiet a night). The place could be a bit cleaner, there was a lot of dust on things (probably because of the type of heating unit). I had to clean out the detergent drawer in the washing machine because there was some mold in it. But even considering these things, we'd still stay here again!

I've had an amazing stay in this cozy, well-equipped studio! It's just a 10-minute walk to the vibrant heart of Split, making it super convenient for exploring the city without needing a car every time. The private parking spot was a huge bonus—secure, easy to access, and right on-site, which saved me so much hassle in this busy area.
The host was splendid—super responsive and friendly from the first message. Communication was flawless, and they truly went above and beyond, even being flexible with our checkout time to accommodate our schedule.
