La propietaria era encantadora, nada más llegar nos acogió muy bien, nos explicó el funcionamiento de todo y la verdad, que el apartamento era monísimo y se notaba que estaba muy bien cuidado. Las vistas eran preciosas. Muy recomendado.

Het appartement was heel fijn en goed ingericht. We konden naar de oude binnenstad lopen, maar zaten ook zo weer op de grotere weg, Split uit.

De locatie was prima voor ons, loopafstand naar Split centrum is een bonus en er is een Lidl om de hoek.
De mieren in de keuken, het appartement is behoorlijk crowded lees: veel spullen en tierlantijntjes van de eigenaar ook op het balkon, er zijn geen gordijnen/rolluiken of iets dergelijks dus uitslapen is er niet bij, er is 1 airco in de woonkamer/keuken/slaapkamer die wel werkt maar de andere 2 slaapkamers en badkamer zijn mega benauwd. Het geheel ziet er optisch schoon uit maar dat ligt ook aan je begrip van de definitie schoon. Appartement is redelijk verouderd. Prijs/kwaliteit is niet in verhouding.
