The apartment, in an ancient farmhouse of 1800 expertly recovered, is part of a 10 hectare farm nestled on the Tuscan hills near Arcidosso (Gr), at the foot of Monte Amiata.
The apartment, which can be reached by an external staircase with a balcony, enjoys the wonderful view of the castle of Arcidosso. It consists of a large living room-kitchen with fireplace and two sofa beds, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds (convertible into double ),bathroom with shower.
The apartment has an independent entrance, independent heating, fireplace, kitchen with electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, hairdryer, table, iron and free WiFi.
The ceiling is with original chestnut beams.
Outdoor areas equipped with barbecue and ancient wood-burning oven are also available for guests.

The property is beautiful inside and outdoors, and Fabrizio is an amazing host! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole place felt updated while retaining its historic charm. The property was perfect for us, because we had friends staying downstairs in Fabrizio’s other unit. Highly recommend this listing for anyone, especially travelers who want separate spaces for two families/couples/friends, but in the same building. A great location for lots of different activities and excursions. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a great time in Fabrizios house!
Our favorite part was the location of the house with its incredibly beautiful garden and views. The apartment itself had everything our five person family needed , including all the kitchen stuff we could think off.Even though the summerdays were quite hot, every evening we enjoyed the nice cool breeze while sitting outside. Fabrizio is a very friendly and helpful host and we also enjoyed the hospitality of his family. We would come back anytime to this beautiful part of italy and it feels like we just scratched the surface of all the things to explore between the mountains and the sea close to Arcidosso.
We would love to come again !

Posto incantevole in mezzo al verde silenzioso e veramente rilassante. Panorama stupendo. Fabrizio è gentilissimo e senz'altro torneremo a trovarlo.
