About this villa rental
The apartment is very quiet, suitable for families with children, and it’s close to the most beautiful cities of Tuscany.
You will enjoy a spectacular view of “vall di merse”
The apartment is a separate house close to wood and surrounded by the green Chiusdino countryside! m’s perfect for hikers!
At just 200 m from the house there’s Chiusdino village and at 5 km you’ll see the beautiful san galgano abbey.
You’ll find at your disposal a big garden with table, chairs and a barbecue to have dinner outside.
Moreover there’s a swimming pool with plenty of chairs and armchairs to relax soaking up the sun.
Parking place is straight outside the building.
In the house there’s a first entrance, a big room with fireplace, two bedrooms with plenty of blankets, two bathrooms with showers and plenty of towels and bathrobes and a big room-composed by a living room and a kitchen- with a double bed-
The comfortable fitchen is fully equipped with dishes, fridge, oven, toast machine and espresso machine.
In the living room you will find at your disposal tv-sat. with dvd and stereo.
In the surrounding of the house there are: a lake and a river for fishing, hiking roads. Wonderful villas once belonging to the medici family, abbey, farms, emotioning views and it’s near to Florence, san galgano, siena and the seaside.

"Nous avons trouvé un logement totalement conforme à ce qui avait été promis et même supérieur car n'était pas mentionnée la dimension humaine que Paolo et sa famille ont apporté à notre séjour.Nous avons bénéficié à la fois du calme de ce magnifique village médiéval, pourvu cependant de tout le nécessaire, et de la possibilité de visiter toutes les villes alentour de par sa proximité avec l'autoroute à une quinzaine de kms.Il faut insister sur la propreté et le confort de l'appartement et sur la prévenance de nos hôtes, soucieux du moindre détail pour notre bien-être. Un grand merci à eux."

"Appartement parfait, très agréable, très propre ayant tous les equipements necessaires. La piscine est egalement très agreable et très bien entretenue. Situation ideale pour visiter la toscane(Sienne, Florence, ect..)Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique de Paolo et Manuella qui nous ont donné des conseils pour decouvrir la Toscane. Nous avons passé un super séjour! En core un grand merci à Paolo et Manuella et à une prochaine fois!"
