About this villa rental
Villa Stella is located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma and overlooks the most beautiful sea of Argentario, in the bay of Cala del Gesso.
The Villa is completely independent surrounded by a beautiful garden overlooking the sea, with olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. The villa is located within the condominium of Cala del Gesso and from the house you can walk down to the sea with a pedestrian path of about 700m and a drop of 140m.
The beach is free (without establishments) and with a beach of sand, small gravel and rocks. The sea is beautiful and offers the possibility to snorkel or simply swim in one of the most beautiful stretches of sea in Tuscany.
Villa Stella is perfect for those who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation, surrounded by nature, with a view of the sea horizon and the contemplation of spectacular sunsets over the Tuscan Archipelago.
PLEASE NOTE: guests are asked to pay cash on arrival an extra cost for delivery and final cleaning equivalent to € 190 plus € 10 for linen for each guest.
Villa Stella is complete with wi-fi and everything you need for a pleasant vacation including air conditioning and other appliances such as washing machine and dishwasher. The stone and glass architecture, the wooden fixtures and the choice of antique and deco furniture make Villa Stella a pleasant and beautiful home.
The Villa offers:

- 1 bedroom with two single beds
- 1 small room with two bunk beds (ideal for children or teenagers)
- 2 bathrooms
- kitchen
- large living room with large dining area
- ample parking.
The nearest town to the villa is Porto Santo Stefano which is 7 km away.
The centers of Orbetello and Porto Ercole full of life and restaurants are about 30 minutes drive from the villa.
From Villa Stella it is also possible to reach by car (always about 20/30 minutes) the beautiful sandy beaches of Feniglia and Giannella where you will find both pleasant establishments, stretches of free beach and the possibility of taking long walks in the pine forest by bicycle or on foot.
From the Villa, in addition to enjoying the beautiful Tuscan coast, with beaches, coves and bays, you can visit the most beautiful Tuscan villages such as Magliano, Capalbio, Talamone. By car or train you can also reach other famous Tuscan cities that can not be missed such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Grosseto. Not to be overlooked is the possibility of reaching the beautiful spas and the ancient villages full of history of the Val d'Orcia (San Gimignano, Montalcino, San Quilico, etc.).

Wir haben letzte Woche unseren Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war sehr schön und auch so, wie versprochen. Wir haben jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genossen.

Casa ben organizzata, soggiorno piacevolissimo, anche per gli ospiti canini. Assistenza della signora Fiorella ottima.
Unico neo: difficoltà per anziani a raggiungere la bella Cala di gesso, per altro affollatissima in agosto.

Die Übergabe konnte auch spät Abends stattfinden und war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir haben das Haus nur zu zweit genutzt. Das Haus ist bis auf das Wohnzimmer sehr einfach ausgestattet. Die Benutzung mit 6 Personen dürfte eher unkomfortabel sein. Die Küche ist sehr klein, verfügt aber über sämtliche Ausstattungsgegenstände. Der Garten ist groß. Die Attraktivität könnte aber durch ein paar zusätzlichen Lampen und Freischneiden der Hecke bzw. Bäume Richtung Meer erheblich gesteigert werden. Mückenschutz ist unbedingt erforderlich. Die schönen Sandstrände sind etwas entfernt. Der Hausstrand etwas überlaufen. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.
