The reception staff were fantastic - really kind, informative and helpful.
Excellent location near the station and in easy walking distance of the historic centre.
Very well-equipped room with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower.
I'd checked in online in advance, as requested, but there are no instructions at the door about how to get in. I arrived before my check-in time, hoping to leave my luggage and come back later but could not get in from the street. I had to get in while another guest was opening the door for themselves. Later, I had to do the same for other guests who were stuck on the street.

The location is fantastic, and the room itself was quite cozy.
Parking seems to be an interesting situation. I wasn't able to locate information about ideal parking, and the solution I did find was pretty expensive.

Very spacious and comfortable apartments, spotless, with several amenities I did not expect such as slippers, Nespresso machine with capsules, an iron. It’s well organised.
The automated check-in process is something potentially my parents, being older, would struggle with. I would suggest having reception check-in until a certain time, and any arrival after that time can do automated check-in. This is to keep things simpler.

Location ok close to HBf
Very noisy and invasive construction works just outside, starting at 7 am. No privacy.
Very small apartment. Uncomfortable bed (noisy and sweaty plastic protection on mattress)
An employee came in while we were in the flat without knocking
In the end we left a day earlier to find a more restful and private place
