Spacious studio in an old factory building that is selectively leased to artists, art collectors and art lovers. The project currently employs approximately 25 artists. Some areas of the factory are currently under construction.
The neighborhood is characterized by old industrial objects with and without creative use as well as residential buildings. Nearby is the scene district of Lindenau / Leutzsch around the Georg-Schwarz-Straße. Bakers, other shops, restaurants and tram stop can be found in a few minutes on the Georg-Schwarz-Straße. Next door is another studio house owned by the same owner, which houses 40 galleries and a gallery.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Atelierartig. Nur im Sommer ist es extrem heiß dort.
