About this apartment rental

We offer you a nice little apartment above the roofs of Leipzig-Plagwitz with a view of the old cotton mill - the city's art hotspot. Only 10 minutes on foot from the "Karli" of the West: Karl-Heine-Strasse, art and culture mile with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The open living-dining area with a comfortable couch, dining table and TV invites you to relax. The built-in kitchen has a toaster, espresso maker, filter coffee machine, ceramic hob with 4 plates, fridge with small freezer compartment and plenty of dishes and cutlery. A basic equipment (sugar, salt and pepper, oil as well as tea and coffee) is available. Tea towels, dishcloths or Sponges, kitchen rolls and cleaning agents are also available. In the bedroom you can expect a super comfortable 180x200 cm bed. If necessary, an additional person (up to max. 175 cm tall) can sleep on the sofa. A baby travel cot and a high chair can be provided on request. A chest of drawers and hangers are available. In addition to hand and bath towels, soap, toilet paper and a hair dryer are available in the bathroom. The equipment includes a bathtub with shower curtain. The apartment is on the top floor of an apartment building without an elevator. Access to the house or the courtyard area is only possible for residents and guests.

Angenehme Wohnung im Dachgeschoss mit schöner Weitsicht. Gute Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Gute Anbindung zum Zentrum durch die Nähe der Straßenbahn, die wir viel genutzt haben. Es gibt viel zu entdecken in Leipzig……und dann noch der Goldene Oktober…es war schön!

Alles, so wie beschrieben. Unterkunft ideal, um Leipzig mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden, inkl. schöne Route in die Stadt. Räder können sicher im Hof untergebracht werden. Kneipenviertel ganz nah.

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit schönen Details eingerichtet. Die Lage gegenüber der Alten Baumwollspinnerei ist optimal. Schnell ist man auf der Karl-Heine-Str. oder am Karl-Heine-Kanal und vom S-Bahnhof Plagwitz kommt man überall hin. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
