Wake up to a cotton candy sunrise with a cozy cup of coffee and enjoy the show as the house faces east with unbeatable views of the lake and mountains. Take your pick of fun throughout the day with endless options including being on the water, centrally located to all the area has to offer, and games galore within the home. In the evening gather around the large dining table or enjoy a meal on the deck. Finally, unwind with the setting of the sun over the lake. There couldn’t be a more magical place to spend time than Hayden Idaho! End the days cozied up with friends and family around the fireplace or appreciate the year round views from the hot tub.

| LAKE ACCESS|: Utilize the private dock with a single boat slip Boat rentals are available locally as well as lessons for wakeboarding and wake surfing if you’re looking to expand your water sports skills. Two kayaks, three paddle boards, and goggles and snorkels, and assorted float toys are provided. Beach towels are provided for use outside.
| WIFI I : Streaming via personal accounts is available on the tv’s utilizing the high speed wifi. Work friendly for those keeping tabs while they are away. It is also the most reliable source of network for communications as there is limited cell service from all main providers but WIFI calling is reliable.
| AIR CONDITIONING I : In wall units on the top floor provide cool airflow throughout the house to keep you comfortable during summer stays.
|DOG FRIENDLY| A dog bowl, bags, and a designated outside trash can are provided for your convenience. We have also provided designated doggy towels to dry furry friends before coming back inside.
|PARKING| Space for 2-3 Cars on site. Trailer parking available with prior arrangements

My family and I spent a glorious week here at this property - it has a great location on the lakeshore, with a lovely view from the sunny deck. The boat dock was accessible via a steep ramp (careful, it is slightly slippery) but otherwise well kept with paddle boards, kayaks and boat tieups. It was used extensively as we water skied, wake surfed and paddle our way around the lake.
The accommodation was clean and tidy with good linens and supplies. The children's bedroom downstairs was a big hit with all the bunk beds, plus the pool table and PacMan game table were very popular too!
All in all, a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend!

This was a perfect location; waterfront access, boat dock, water toys, and close to town. We enjoyed bringing our boat & being on the water. There was something to do for everyone. We loved the paddle boards, floaties & kayaks. The upper deck was perfect for eating outside with everyone! Beautiful views! The host was very quick to respond with questions. Our only complaint was that the # of actual adult bed space that was listed on this property is not accurate, in our opinion. There are 2 king beds, 1 queen & 2 bunk beds (upper bunks have weight limits). They account for 3 people sharing each king bed?? We had 10 guests & one of us had to sleep on a living room couch which was unplanned & disappointing.
