Excellent location!! Located in the most desirable neighborhood in Coeur d'Alene, across from City Park and just a short walk to the City Beach, Coeur d'Alene Resort and Downtown. Excellent location for Ironman participants and fans as our home is located across from the park where the Ironman festivities take place. Beautiful 5 bedroom, 2 bath remodeled home located in one of the most desirable areas in Coeur d"Alene, the historic Fort Grounds, with completely remodeled main floor. (Sleeps 10-12) comfortably. Only 1 1/2 blocks to city park/beach and downtown activities. 3 stories w/ large upstairs bonus room and full basement. Living room, formal dining room, and eat in kitchen. New bamboo hardwood floors, new paint, new all-stainless steel kitchen appliances, walk-in shower on main floor and shower/tub combination with jacuzzi tub in basement. Covered front and enclosed back porch/mud room with gas BBQ grill and patio set for your backyard enjoyment. This is such a perfect location!! House was so well stocked. Fenced yard for my service dog. Trees,park ,lake, and wonderful down town !!! Music in the. Park. Art show was so fun!!! Would. Love to repeat this vacation!!!

We had a fairly large group of family members who wanted to find the perfect place to enjoy. This home met all of our expectations and we had a wonderful experience. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Even though the home is older it was immaculate, clean, fresh linens, no weird smells everything was great. We enjoyed sitting outside for meals, kids loved the man cave and even though there are only 2 bathrooms we made it work. Would absolutely stay here again!

There is absolutely Nothing that has not been considered or thought of by the owners of this home. You can literally come with your clothes and a toothbrush! We met our adult children/family ( WA-MT) here for the Thanksgiving weekend, and the layout was perfect .My husband I on main level and all kids on lower where there are 3 bedrooms and bath. The upper floor, Extremely comfortable "man cave" was a terrific gathering place for all of them. The location couldn't be more perfect with just a very short walk to parks and town. We will
definitely return when we have the opportunity to all be
together again.

Our family of 12 truly enjoyed our time in this well-equipped home. The location and layout were perfect for us. The Owners ensured that everyone was provided for including toys, books and games for big and little kids. The kitchen is well-equipped, which meant we didn’t need to bring a thing except for food. The location was perfect — we walked to the beach and three parks. A great time was had by all!
