Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Beautiful location and easy to get to. The dock and extra kayaks and paddle boards were great. We could pull our boat up right to the dock. We had a wonderful time.

Everything in person was as pictured and met all of our expectations. The property is very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. It was fun to have use and access to the kayaks and paddle boards. The two story deck is amazing and we spent most of our time there. We brought a pontoon boat and 2 was no problem to launch them and keep at the home's dock during our stay. We would definitely return! The lake view is also amazing and not too busy, even though we were there on a holiday weekend.
