Stellamar’s immense cantilevered deck is positioned directly over clear, deep water, creating a unique "immersion" effect. In a region where lake access often requires navigating staircases, trams, or street crossings, Stellamar distinguishes itself with an absolute immediacy to the shoreline. It is a rare, street-level architectural feat that provides an undisturbed, "on-the-water" experience from the moment you arrive.

Outside Goodies: Private dock with covered boat slip, hot tub, 2-person kayak, 2 stand-up paddle boards, plenty of sweet towables and floaties, gas cans for boat, lifejackets, beach towels, ping pong table, fishing poles, large BBQ w/ extra propane tank.
Inside Goodies: High Speed Internet, 3 TVs with Roku and YouTubeTV Cable service, blu-ray players with family friendly movies, dedicated retro Nintendo area, board games, puzzles, and shuffleboard table. Filtered water, Keurig + regular coffee pot, ice tea maker, vitamix and bullet blenders, ice cream maker, crockpot, bakeware. Wet bar in living room, extra fridge/freezer in laundry room. Hairdryers, essential kitchen/bathroom/laundry sundries and consumables.
Floor Plan: Main level features spacious kitchen, breakfast nook, desk area in foyer, formal dining, formal living (queen sleeper sofa), family room with wet bar, bath with tub, laundry room with utility sink. Upstairs features another living room flanked on one side by by two (queen) bedrooms (one with desk) and bath with tub/shower combo. On the other side...two bedrooms (primary-king; loft-queen, two full, two twin) and bath (primary en-suite with separate tub and 3'x 3' shower). Loft is accessed through a lockable door in primary bedroom and an exterior door.

* Sound Expectations: As sound travels easily over water, loud shouting on the deck/dock is not permitted. If levels exceed limits, the system sends us a real-time alert, and we will send a friendly text reminder to help you avoid formal complaints.
* Exterior Security: Keypad entry with personalized code. One camera oriented toward the parking area.
* No pets, no smoking, no fireworks allowed on premise.

It’s a beautiful, clean and well maintained house. The only issue we had is no AC upstairs, especially in the biggest room with potential 8 sleeping people. Fans that were provided were not enough when outside temperature is above 90 degrees. Otherwise, we loved this house with a huge deck.
