A beautifully presented one-bedroom ground-floor apartment with its own front door entrance, which is superbly located on Aldeburgh High Street.
The property has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and features wooden floors, a sitting room with a dining area, a bespoke-fitted traditional kitchen, a Bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite shower room, and a separate WC. The sofa in the sitting room is a sofa bed and is suitable for an extra person. Also high-speed Wi-Fi (BT). Large tv in the reception room and a small wall-mounted smart TV in the bedroom.
PARKING: There is a parking bay available directly outside the property (NB 2-hour stay) but free parking is available nearby on The Terrace and the entire elevated area (The Terrace area is accessed from The Town Steps – about 2 mins from the property). Also a small free parking area on Wentworth Road.

Parking is free and offers footpaths to town by the main road or the scenic route via the allotments.
