Very clean, tidy and comfortable property
Kitchen facilities would have made it difficult for anything more than very basic cooking. A little far from Aldeburgh town centre but nothing problematic

What a lovely property! Plenty of hand wash etc but no shower gel. Property quiet, very clean, well decorated and a great selection of wall pictures. Ideal garden. Close to Tesco and Co-op supermarkets. Would certainly use this property again. Thanks to owners.

Good facilities, spotlessly clean, quiet location, off street parking for two cars, easy walking distance to Beach (and excellent Fish and Chips!).
Only minor issues were with Bathroom - owner might consider Blinds to give privacy / security for female customers - no cover for the large window opposite the shower unit, so I did not feel comfortable using the shower. Clearer instructions for Heating regulation unit would be appreciated also.
