The property was bright and welcoming. A home from home. Everything we needed was there, shops were less than a 5 minute walk away.

Large enough for 3 children lots of parking & outside space. Well equipped with clean bathrooms & toilets. Felt like home from home not spotlessly clean & would fail a Four in a Bed review but we didn’t mind the odd cobweb & chipped plate like I said home from home ! Good value & close to a fabulous vintage clothing shop, butchers & cafe ! 5 mins to tesco express or coop & near a lovely play park !

Quiet, reasonably clean and tidy. Easy access to footpath and town.
Inefficient heating, no starter pack for Woodburner. Sitting room seating not very comfortable. TV was basic, no CD or DVD player as advertised. Lighting in sitting room very poor. Kitchen badly equipped, cutlery cheap and mismatched, no oven gloves, one baking tray which was badly stained.
Bathroom shower was very Inefficient, . TV in bedroom was unusable as no electric socket. Lack of electric sockets throughout, could provide extension leads. Better signage to cottage would help at end of the drive.
