The location.
Beds were very comfortable
No tea/milk on arrival, it’s a small touch that makes a big difference, especially after a long journey.
Paw prints/mud on the back door, animal hair on the hard sofa.
The hard/wooden sofa was quite uncomfortable.
The toilet brush upstairs was very dirty 💩

Nice & clean except for the TV had a mark on the middle of the screen. Lovely kitchen lots provided.
Could have done with an en suite bathroom. Lovely little garden. Good position for going out etc.
