The staff was very friendly and helpful. The valet crew was especially friendly and prompt. The hotel should provide them with better space heaters for next winter.
The room was immaculate. The roof top bar was a comfortable spot with a great view.

It was clean. The staff was friendly.
The first key we got was for someone else’s room. I didn’t feel as safe after that happened. I considered not staying and probably wouldn’t recommend.
