We loved our room and our short stay. The staff were amazing.
We came for a concert and chose this since we could eat after. The Asian food scared.us after my husband got it the meat was gray. The wings took a long time but it was worth it and they worked so hard.
Also watch out the mini bar and some waters run on sensors so if you pick them up at all you get charged. We didn't because we read the sign but it is in small print.
Room was nice and will stay again.

Friendly employees.
Requested housekeeping upon arrival. Nothing in the first day. Requested again every day. I had no body wash in the shower until my last day after going down and requesting a fourth time. Room was never cleaned except by me. I did get towel and coffee when I asked.
It is a nice place. Bed is nice. Pillows are nice.
The first night my neighbors partied until 0430 and I had to be up for work at 0530. They did not stay another night so my sleep improved.

Not sure if this is on Agoda for not disclosing, or maybe they don't know. The MGM charges a 'resort fee' of $25 daily. No idea what this fee is for, as I only stayed in my room and ate at the restaurant. It was not disclosed at time of booking, and 'surprise!' at check out.
Rooms were average at best. Paying $300+ a night, I would expect something a lot nicer. Dated furniture, hair on the bathroom floor, ripped carpet - I've stayed in nicer Best Westerns for 1/3 the cost. Food in the restaurant was average, and the cost was a little above average.
Bottom line - I will NEVER stay here again. Waaaay overpriced for a below average experience. Do yourself a favor - book at Motor City (stayed there 2 yrs ago) if you want the hotel/casino experience.
