The hotel and staff were amazing! Highly accommodating to everything and the staff was helpful. I will say the restaurant that they’re connected to (San Morello) appreciation wasn't the greatest For a hotel to be this upscale, however the hotel itself was great.

The atmosphere of the hotel was outstanding, including the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was beautifully designed, and I appreciated the couch seating. However, there was no desk space, which would have been helpful as I was in town for a conference. The breakfast was surprisingly disappointing, unfortunately. Guests are given the same two options each day. The frittata was rubbery, so I also tried the continental breakfast option. The yogurt and granola portion was laughably small, and the baked item was weirdly greasy. Fortunately, I had a nice dinner with colleagues in San Morello that helpful offset the mediocre breakfasts.

I stayed here with a family member overnight to attend a concert at Little Caesar's Arena. The price was actually lower than most surrounding hotels. The decor has an upscale artistic feel. Staff was all great, John was extremely helpful at check in and welcoming as were Darren and Darius (I think that was his name) on the night crew.
Nice spacious room with a, comfy, clean huge bed. The room was equipped with a full couch, large TV, awesome Bluetooth stereo, mini bar area (be careful as the mini bar fridge has automatic sensors that will charge you if you even pull anything out to look at it)
It also had robes and slippers, which we didn't use but it was a nice touch.
When checking in, we were given drink tokens to a neighboring bar (which was very lively and fun at night). We were also offered a water or glass of champagne. We were also surprised to learn that the stay included complimentary breakfast from the attached restaurant. The breakfast was incredible in both taste and service (best potatoes ever!)
For parking, we avoided the valet per other reviewers and parked at the "Z" garage a short block away.
This was a last minute booking change from another hotel further away and I am glad I booked this one because the close distance to the arena and so many other stops paired with the service and accommodations made it a great short stay.

Right from the get go we had a great feeling about the hotel. The door men/ valets were friendly and generous with their help.. The front desk staff, Allejo and Noah were exemplary. The provided us with a nice room. When we found it was just a queen they were quick reassign us with an exceptional room making sure we enjoyed our stay. The room was way beyond our expectations. We appreciated and enjoyed the attention to the details found in every spect of the hotel design.
Suggestion - it would be very helpful to have printed maps of the area at the front desk.
