La Lanterna di Franca e Cassio

Le logement était impeccable et agencé avant goût ,c'était appréciable d'avoir tout le nécessaire à disposition .Il est à proximité de la gare et à 10 minutes à pied de l'aéroport donc fort pratique et très calme. Les hôtes ont été très gentils et nous ont permis de récupérer le logement plus tôt. Super séjour !

Super emplacement dans Pise À 15 minutes à pied de l’aéroport et à 10 minutes à pied de la gare centrale et à 30 minutes à pied de la Tour penchée

It is an apartment near the pisamover and central train station, about a 10min 500m walk and then 1-2 flights of stairs to the apartment. You may want to arrive in the day time if possible. Hosts speak very limited English and it’s a strict check out at 10am which they put it to you upon arrival. I asked to check out 30mins later at 10.30am to take a quick work call and they said no which I found inconvenient and unnecessarily unhelpful. You have to call them for any issues or questions as they don’t check booking.com messages. It’s satisfactory for a night, clean and has the basics like coffee (pods and ground), tea and plastic wrapped packet toast and croissants. Bring earplugs as walls are thin. Bathroom door is only a foldable one and needs balancing to close so consider if privacy is important. Foam bed mattress. We couldn’t open the windows or balcony door for air as it felt a bit stuffy. They have old windows/doors and put a second glazing set in front. Eventually we got the balcony door open but then we couldn’t lift the shutters high enough up. We resorted to keeping the front door open…There is an aircon. We didn’t see shower soap or shampoo so you’d have to bring your own. Please note you would have to walk to central station from the apartment and then get a bus or walk 30-35mins to the main tourist area. There are 1-2 pizza places nearby but if you want to experience Pisa, I would suggest staying elsewhere and closer to restaurants and life.

Les extérieurs : la proximité de l'aéroport et donc les nuisances sonores toutes les 5 mn vers 15h00, heure d'arrivée. Un sac poubelle traînait sur le bas côté, 2 bidons transparents vides abandonnés proches de l'entrée. Enfin, la proximité immédiate avec une grande usine désaffectée. Le quartier, peu accueillant. L'hébergement se situe à 5 km de la place des miracles alors que sur le descriptif il est spécifié qu'il se situe au centre ville.
