Walking distance to the city, supermarkets and the airport, but lets be honest, the one reason to stay here is because you have a late/early flight from Pisa.
Basic, but sufficient rooms, air conditioning, comfy bed & clean bathroom.
The downsides of the shared bathroom & apartment are that you are at the mercy of other travellers late/early arrivals & noise, but that should be obvious when booking.
One aspect that is difficult and could be improved is that you need to ring a number on arrival to get access to the building, and not all travellers have this ability with data only sims.

Place is less than 5 minutes walk from airport. Owner is not so friendly and doesn't speak English at all. Place is about 15 minutes walk to the train station. I will be flying from Pisa but will try to book different place

Great welcome especially considering our plane arrived late which meant the staff had to stay up late to check us in. Prefect location for airport and very clean and safe feeling.
