Location
The main issue was the heating — although the thermostat showed 20°C, the bedroom radiator was not working, and the room felt noticeably cold, especially at night.
There were also cleanliness concerns at check-in, including mold on pillow covers, some kitchen items, and parts of the bathroom. While some of this was later addressed, it was not a good first impression.
In addition, the garbage disposal card provided did not work, which made it difficult to dispose of trash during the stay.
Communication was slower than expected, and not all issues were fully resolved.
