Super lokalizacja przy samej katedrze i krzywej wieży, możliwość zameldowania i odbioru kluczy po 24, czysto w obiekcie, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja w pokoju, rolety bardzo dobrze zacinają pokój
Brak supermarketu/sklepu spożywczego w okolicy, brak windy, bardzo mało mebli w pokoju (jedna mała szafa i dwie nocne szafki przy łóżku oraz krzesło), bardzo cienkie ściany (słychać wszystko z ogólnodostępnej kuchni i salonu jak i z sąsiedniego pokoju), brak czajnika i mikrofalówki w ogólnodostępnej kuchni, bardzo wąska łazienka, niewygodne łóżko, po 22 do 9 rano brak możliwości kontaktu z wynajmującym który odsyła do kontaktu ze służbami, brak jakiegokolwiek telewizora bądź radia w pokoju - telewizor dostępny tylko we wspólnym salonie
