Malibu Ocean view Getaway with large Windows. Come and relax at this beautiful retreat to get away from the busy city life. Enjoy the beach, the pool and wonderful downtown shopping area with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Completely Remodeled. 1 formal entry door to living. 3 bedrooms, 1 3/4 bath downstairs and 1 full bathroomwith tub upstairs. Spacious Living room. Large Master BR with large bonus walk-in dressing room area & an extra Bonus area! Washer & dryer in lower bathroom. Kitchen with all new modern appliances.

Other things to note

This condo has HOA, so guests need to follow rules and regulations, parking spots, pool rules, avoid noise and NO parties allowed. Otherwise GUEST will be subject to fines. When parking under the building make sure you park close to the wall on the left so the owner on the right has enough room to park their car. If this is not followed and a violation occurs, you will be responsible for the penalty fine.

Guests to avoid putting surfboards or personal items in the parking area, besides their car.

No food items in garbage disposal, it will clog easily. Do not remove sink drain strainer.

This stay was one of my best experiences in a rental. Communication from start to finish was on point. Good parking and very nice area! The rental itself is just beautiful!! Very well furnished and clean! The Ocean View is amazing!! Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a stay in Malibu! I will be back for sure sometime in the future!
